broken shower holdercracked bathroom sink
The room had issues. the shower holder was broken. I nearly dropped the shower head on my foot. also, the bathroom sink was cracked. I was worried it would shatter. it just seemed a bit neglected, i thought.

the room had a modern, clean design. i really appreciated the quiet location near many restaurants and shops, it was so convenient! the size of the room was good and the shower worked great, providing good water pressure.

the family room was spacious. we had quite a lot of luggage and the extra space helped a lot. the beds were comfortable and fresh tea coffee sugar and milk were available for us on arrival.
the location can be a little noisy sometimes.

the hotel is near victoria street and the royal mile. it is very well located. a short walk brought me to many attractions. public transport is also readily accessible nearby.

the room included a fridge and ironing facilities. i found tea, coffee, and sugar were available, which i appreciated. the inclusion of a hairdryer and electric kettle were useful. wi-fi access was a definite plus.
i noticed some cobwebs on some of the fixtures

regular bus services, including lines 10 and 27, provided convenient access to the city centre. the area around the building was relatively quiet at night, despite its proximity to the centre. the hotel's location offered a good balance of accessibility and tranquility.
